There is leaking issues from the roof to the carport (probably need to add flashing),I would like to repair the leaking as picture shown. And also get rid of the mould as picture showed.

There is water leakage issue - water came in through the window and wall (see last two photos) The roof inspection has been done. As advised, the leaking on the window was because the roof sheets are too flat and when it rains the water runs under the sheet and leaks behind the gutter. There are dirt stains on the top of the roof sheet near the gutter.
