Find a roof repair professional in Newcastle

There is a hole somewhere in the roof above my kitchen. Roof cavity is easily accessible and is standing height. Roof itself is tile and steep. I need the hole repaired and the small damage to the ceiling in the kitchen repaired. The damage is roughly 10cm by 5cm. I need the job done as soon as possible before more damage is done. Not sure on pricing so placed $300 until proper quote.

1. I’ve discovered a small hole in the metal roof over what would’ve been the annex for the house and is now my bathroom. It’s the far left corner of the house if you’re looking at Google Maps. 2. As we have a very dark little cottage, I’m looking to put sky domes or tunnels in each rooms so five in total or any other products you recommend.

Water leaking into kitchen and bathroom area from the roof tiles. Unsure where exactly needs to be tested and patched. Water is dripping from the kitchen light area and possibly from the window in the bathroom. House is due for demolition so does not need to be an extensive repair just needs to be water tight for next 2 years.

Roof feature has taken a bit of a battering and come loose in recent bad weather. Looking for someone to repair or replace it depending on costs.

I'm looking for a roofer to carry out repairs to an older tiled roof at my property in mayfield. The roof has many broken tiles, rusted valley irons, a few broken ridge caps, dektites and flashing that needs replacement. As well as some fretting. Timber on corner of roof has broken off and as of yesterday small birds starting to take twigs up and get into roof between wood and gutter. Need the hole plugged

We have significant leaking in our front entryway due to a very poorly designed and constructed old roof which has resulted in major damage to our ceiling and a significant amount of water entering the house when it rains. We are looking to get someone to do some interim repairs to plug visible holes and seal leaks where possible. We are renovating our house early next year and don't want to spend 1000s of $$ on a significant roof repair now when the entire roof is being retrussed and replaced in colourbond next year but very keen to alleviate the majority of the leaking thats occuring

Damaged polycarb sheeting on shed roof & would like to replace with 3 x 3 metre corrugated sheets. Dimensions of shed are: 9.144 L x 6.05 W x 3.60 H.

I have no idea of the cost of something like this so just going to put a low number down as the budget and we can negotiate it. Water is getting in somewhere on the roof of my rental property somewhere, somewhat slowly either under or through a tile, a join in a valley or where the colourbond section of the front patio roof meets the tiles and or valley. The leak is apparent inside the house above the front entry door and is contained to a fairly small area, visible by darker water staining. I'd love this entry point where the water getting in fixed up before new tenants go into the property on the 2nd of June. I'll take care of any damage inside the roof and fix the gyprock damage myself. Just need someone with the skills to find and fix where the water gets in as have had difficulty finding someone to do this job for me. Would prefer a roofer or someone skilled in this area who can fix this properly with safety gear for a roof and their own ladders etc. need someone with insurance as I can't have you falling off my rental roof hurting yourself.

Patch up rusted flashing or replace.. only needs to last a couple of years before we replace the entire roof.
