One of my bathroom sink stopper is not moving. Its not working properly thesedays and finally broken. The other bathroom I took off long ago. I want to take this off like a the other bathroom(3rd photo). Help!!!

Replacing a mixer to the basin, new mixer provided

As You can see the attached Picturez, we have identified our upstar toilet water has been leaking, after inspection, we think it is due to the leaks the cooper pipe inside the water and possible in the floors, Therefore, the required job may involve broken the wall, fix the pipe leaking and re-tile and re-install the toilet if possible, We are looking for experienced plumber to conduct the job, you can inspect the site before your quotation if need.

Our old toilet has leaked (Picture-1), we have purchased a New Caroma Luna Toilet suites(Picture-2) to replace it. New Pne has already been purchased waiting for your installation

Stormwater pipe on roof fell down and has to be restored in original position.

As Picture-1 shown, our laundry room celling leaking. Its upstairs is a toilet, but we have not found any leaking from Toilet now. I need two bathroom taps to be fixed, both taps seem to drip water when the faucet is tightly closed. This is affecting the water bill. - Due date: Flexible

Need plumber to help with kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Kitchen: Need to relocate hot and cold plumbing, rough in for the kitchen cabinet, when cabinets are complete need to connect to new taps. Need to relocate sink down pipe roughly 25cm to new sink location, connect when cabinets are completed. For the two Bathroom: Need to install 2 new toilet bowl. 1 of the toilet waste out on wall need to be lowered to aceept new toilet. Change plumbing from duo tap to single mixer ready for new vanities in 2 bathrooms. Cut and reweld the connections to meet new standards. Relocate drainage for 1 shower, from middle to the side. Change plumbing from duo tap to single mixer for two shower. Then install new toilets and shower and vanity when tilers are done, and install kitchen sink and dishwasher when kitchen is done. Bath tub: Need to relocate bath tub drain from side to middle to accept new bath tub. Change the location of the tab from side to the perpendicular wall. Can replace laundry sink tomorrow. The garden tap supply water from the rain water tank is not turning off, - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, December 24, 2023

The switch does not work properly, needs to be pressed hard to turn the lights. The ventilation fans could not stop automatically. The dryer can be turned on but won't move when press start. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 15 November 2023
