Find an experienced plumber in Neutral Bay

Looking for a plumber who can replace the sealant around the is pipe and stop it leaking.

I need a licenced plumber to unblock my toilet. The other plumbing in the house seem fine. It’s just the toilet that got blocked. It fills up with water to the rim and then slowly lowers to a very low level (and then bubbles sometimes).

It is wall mounted basin. I have a new mixer from bunnings. I bought a sink wasetage from bunnins but I am not sure if it fits so I am happy if you supply the item. The other tap needs special tool to open it as it does not have enough room for a normal wrench. Any questions, let me know.
