Our hot water keeps switching off at the heater. We can unplug it and plug it back and it restarts but the next evening it goes off again. I have no idea what to put in as the budget so just tell me the price.

I've got a blocked toilet, I need someone to unblock it, needs to have a camera to see what is causing the blockage.

Issue : Rinnai hot water tank is consuming approx 40kwh per day to heat tje tank. Consumption is very small at house hold They suspect a termostat issue or a hotwater leaking pipe under the house. The reason is the hot water heats off peak at night. Then again heats another 4 hours during the day despite less usage The quote is get a proper investigation done and restart the thermostat. Investigate any leaks or detect any value leaks etc.

Please reinstall the new toilet base today. I was renovating my bathroom, and during the final work, the plumber couldn’t come because of family issues. I was going to get another plumber, but the handyman helping me offered to install the toilet. He did it, but didn’t use silicone around it. This turned out to be helpful, because after a few hours, a bad smell came from the area without silicone. That shows it wasn’t installed properly. Now it needs to be removed and installed again the right way. I need this done today. Please see attached photos. The person installing the toilet base needs to fix it using screws and plastic brackets (see photo), not just silicone.

I'd like a plumber to come and advise if there's an issue around the hot water unit. There appears to be a lot of dampness and smell as well as visual impact on the surrounding wall. Not sure what is needed? Please see photo
