Pipe is leaking under my kitchen sink. Tried tightening didnt work. I dont think it is a big job to fix with a qualified plumber but i am not that handy! Potentially the internal seal (rubber gasket or the plumber's putty) has failed.

Blocked drain in the bathroom. When the shower is in use, water is coming back up in the sink. Water is also draining really slow in the shower and sink as well.
Laurence is super friendly and had really good attention to detail. He didn’t rush the job and took his time explaining where the blockage and problem was and what would have caused it. If you have a blocked drain or any drain issues, definitely work with Laurence as he takes so much pride and care in his work.

Old tap with hot and cold to be replaced with a mixer tap. Plug holes were tap was Edit- seems to hard to change to mixer… I’ll be happy if the turners are updated so the taps not leaking. I have a new set only require labour and if u can tell me what extenders to buy or if u want to provide
