To repair the following. I have attached some pics. 1. Ceiling Water Damage & Shower Leak: Water staining and paint bubbling were found on the ground-floor living room ceiling. Elevated moisture was detected directly above in the master ensuite shower/vanity walls. Epoxy might be required on the ensuite bathroom floor upstairs. 2. Laundry Water Feed Hose Deterioration: The braided flexible hot water hose under the laundry sink is severely frayed and near rupture. 3. Gas Cooktop Fault (Kitchen): The electronic ignition sparks continuously during operation and will not turn off. 4. Unvented Bathroom Exhaust Fan (Upstairs): Exhaust discharges directly into the roof void directly in front of an active electrical power plug base.

Someone to come and fix up all these pipes so they don’t leak

Beer Keg Pipe Connection – Inspection & Fix Looking for someone experienced with beer keg/tap systems to come and check the pipe and connection setup on my beer keg. Need someone to: * Inspect the beer line/pipe connections * Check for any leaks or loose/incorrect fittings * Make sure the keg, gas line and beer line are connected correctly * Fix/reconnect anything that isn’t set up properly * Test the system to make sure beer is pouring correctly Prefer someone with experience setting up or servicing home beer keg/tap systems. Guest bathroom won’t stop spurting out water when trying to refill after a flush

-Shower is dripping continuously even when fully turned off. - maybe need to replace the shower mixer cartridge if required

Flush buttons don't work, and when opening the flush tank lid I can see the buttons don't fit well with the mechanism. I need help fixing the flushing mechanism.

There is leakage from the bottom of the commode , need to fix the issue by replacing with new one and take the old commode with you to discard

Looking for a plumber to modify existing plumbing in laundry area. Scope of work: • Remove and close connections for the two wall taps (circled in green in photo). • Relocate the existing hot and cold water connections (marked in pink) down to the lower position marked in blue. • Ensure connections are ready for future fixture installation. Wall is currently open, so access is available.

Replacement of a sink mixer with a new one that is already purchased.

There is water drop coming from bathroom shower even when the tap is closed

1. Setting up washing machine at the new place as the drain hole is blocked and outlet water leaks and the hot water inlet is closed with a tight bolt, 2. Fixing bidet spray as the socket doesn't fit at the new place
