Looking for a qualified plumber to fix three toilets with minor internal leaks. I’m looking for a cost-effective repair (replacing washers/valves rather than entire units if possible). Issue 1: Constant slow leak into the bowl. The isolation valve (knob) behind the toilet is stuck or not working, so the water cannot be turned off at the wall. Issue 2: Constant leak into the bowl. The isolation valve works and can stop the water flow. Issue 3: Toilet leaks for a short period after flushing, then stops on its own. Requirements: Please bring standard replacement washers/flappers/valves for common Australian toilet brands (Caroma/Fowler/etc). Quote should include the call-out and labor. Installing a new water line for a fridge ice dispenser from the cold water supply line (I have a butler's pantry with a wash basin next to the place where we can provision the fridge)

Install bidet spray in the bathroom, it should be to the wall so need some plumbing. And it should have hot water flow control.

Toilet cistern is slow to fill (approx. 15min). Cistern is flushed against wall. Fluidmaster looks good. Main water pressure coming to the chrome is good, but there is little pressure coming to the inlet of the fluidmaster.

Need Plumber to secure water connection to Refrigerator and ensure no water leakage etc.

The cistern appears to need the fill valve and the inlet hose to be replaced. When the water is filling there is a loud noise. When filled, the noise stops. Will require supply and installation.
