Hi Job is to change toilet commode seals - 2 toilets at home. They are 10 year old and has been changed 5 years ago. Clean the under toilet area and replace with new seals Price is for labour + seals can be extra

Installing a new water line for a fridge ice dispenser from the cold water supply line (I have a butler's pantry with a wash basin next to the place where we can provision the fridge)

Install bidet spray in the bathroom, it should be to the wall so need some plumbing. And it should have hot water flow control.

Toilet cistern is slow to fill (approx. 15min). Cistern is flushed against wall. Fluidmaster looks good. Main water pressure coming to the chrome is good, but there is little pressure coming to the inlet of the fluidmaster.

Need Plumber to secure water connection to Refrigerator and ensure no water leakage etc.

The cistern appears to need the fill valve and the inlet hose to be replaced. When the water is filling there is a loud noise. When filled, the noise stops. Will require supply and installation.

There is leakage from the bottom of the commode , need to fix the issue by replacing with new one and take the old commode with you to discard

Looking for someone experienced with Zip taps to help with the following: Replace the filter for an under-sink Zip tap system Assess the system as the cold water function isn’t working properly The tap currently dispenses hot water, but the “cold” water is only coming out at room temperature The system was installed around 5 years ago and was last serviced approximately one year ago, so it may also need a general check Mixer tap is also leaking in location where indicated in the attached photo

One bidet in each bathroom....total two bidets to be installed. You have to bring all the materials, labour....do the job and then clean up the place

My kitchen sink has recently started draining slower than usual and appears to be partially clogged somewhere in the pipe. Water eventually drains but takes longer time. Looking for a plumber to modify existing plumbing in laundry area. Scope of work: • Remove and close connections for the two wall taps (circled in green in photo). • Relocate the existing hot and cold water connections (marked in pink) down to the lower position marked in blue. • Ensure connections are ready for future fixture installation.
