Replace an existing old toilet with a new one and relay the tiles on the walls and floor of the toilet measuring to 6.12sqmt totally. Tiles and toilet will be provided. Any other material can also be provided if required.

I’m looking for a licensed plumber around Doonside who can come out today. I need: * A bathroom tap removed and a new one installed (the basin may need to be removed and put back). * A new tap installed in the laundry. I’ll supply all the taps and materials. Just need someone to do the installation.

Existing hot water to be replaceed, curent model E250S48, it is a 250 Lts AquaMax electric storage hot water inside Laundry. easy access to the area. nothing blocking for replacement and dispose old one.

Shower head is dripping water.

Just bought a brand new fridge that has a water dispenser and ice maker. There is an existing plumbing already because my previous fridge had the same features. See photos of under the sink and I have mapped it out (in yellow) how it travels from the sink, through the cabinets, and to the fridge. I need a licensed plumber to repair a leak on the hot water outlet line connected to my hot water system. • The cold inlet is fine — only the hot outlet pipe is leaking. • The water is seeping through the brick veneer wall (visible at weep hole). • Easy access outside. Looking for someone experienced who can fix the issue by replacing the joint/fitting between the copper pipe and the black PEX pipe.

I need the shower head fitting extended and the head re-fitted. I need the same thing done with the tap fittings for the shower too. Please see photos.

One of the outdoor drain is overflowing all of a sudden. It mainly happens when I am using kitchen sink. The kitchen sink itself appears fine and the water passes through without any issue. However, when I am running kitchen sink’s tap, the outdoor drain over flows. It has nothing to do with rain. Need someone to check and fix the issue.

Tried to unblock vanity pipe didn’t unblock in the line found concrete and broken tiles in the pipe needs to be cut from under the house and clean out the pipe and re divert the pipe to the sewer pipe
