We are converting our laundry into a mini-kitchen and need to change the placement of the water pipes to be used for the Ikea KNOXHULT https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/knoxhult-kitchen-white-s39581130/. Need a plumber to change it to fit this new pipes for the kitchen sink.

Water is leaking/dripping internally in the bowl after the tank fills up after flushing.

Drain blockage issue at the house. Even after disconnecting and cleaning the S-pipe under the kitchen sink, the water still doesn't drain properly and is backing up into the dishwasher and sink. And water comes out of this hole in the backyard garden.

Have a leaking shower, tap seats need replacing. I do not want to replace the whole piping and rip out my tiles. I have a tap seat replacement kit. Need an experienced plumber that know how to do this, reseating doesn’t seem to be an option either as there is no more room to do this.
