Existing Aquamax G205N misbehaving since last 1-2 weeks, pilot light on, dial pad on flame sign but still burner doesn't fire up all time, occasionally it works but all of sudden stop, water in tank cold, suspecting Combination gas valve failure, Given this unit is 15-20yr old, if repair cost more would like to replace. Obviously there are multiple options Like For Like new Gas Tank System, Gas Continous flow, Electric Tank and Heat Pump, as of now I want cheapest option due to budget constraint. I am looking someone who can come and inspect existing one if possible in reasanble price, if cost of fixing hire then I am ok to install new one as well.

In my home both Gas Hot Water and Gas Cloth Dryer both stopped working same day, seems GAS pressure drop issues, I called Gemena, they already changed the Gas Meter Value Regulator and confirmed 2.7 kPa coming out of the regulator, so the street side is fine. However, my both appliance still not working, I am suspecting pressure drop inside the house line. My cooktop works, but my continuous-flow hot water system and gas dryer aren't getting enough volume to ignite. I need someone to check for a pipe restriction, clear the appliance inlet strainers, or blowout the internal lines.
