Curtain Rod Repair - The middle curtain rod bracket (1 out of 3) is loose due to damaged drywall (top part of the bracket screw hole is approx 5mm) - Likely needs a wall anchor or toggle bolt to secure properly after fixing drywall 2. Drywall Patch - Small dent in drywall from impact (approx. 10cm x 5cm) - Needs filling, sanding, and smoothing to make it look normal again (white like the rest of the wall). 3. Bookshelf Stabilisation - Screw 2 screws (5mm width) into existing holes to secure large bookshelf to wall. Must be correct screws for the drywall and hold in place properly. Note: There is a small gap between the angle bracket and the wall — may need spacers or appropriate adjustment to close the gap and secure properly. Prefer if you supply all materials but can negotiate. Should take around 1.5–2 hours.

Couple of chips appeared in the drywall after removing nonstick hangers that were used to hang up painting.

To install/mount TV rack and TV onto plasterboard wall/metal studs(existing). I have an electric awning, but since it has been used for quite some time, its extension and retraction functions have stopped working. Although an electrician has checked and confirmed that it is not an electrical wiring issue, we still want to convert it to a manual operation with a hand crank or switch to reduce maintenance costs.

Remove existing ceiling with new ceiling. Size is 2.85 * 4.27 meters. Please provide quote with few options: 1. Remove the ceiling and replace with new. Remove rubbish. Sand the new ceiling so it is ready for painting. 2. Painting the ceiling. I have a ceiling fan. Please include in your quote to disconnect and reconnect the fan if you can. Otherwise please state I need to arrange for electrician to do that.

Need someone to patch and paint 400mmx400mm hole on my gybrock wall as a result of installing gas fitter Need to patch the hole and paint the whole wall 3.7m x 2.6m. Happy to pay $

During heavy rain, water will start dripping from gutter in 2-3 spots. Possible that the back section of the gutter as shown in blue circle is full with leaves and debris but there is no way to access that section without taking apart the verandah roof sheeting. Need someone to investigate source of leak and to fix the issue. Verandah gutter may need to be cleared.

I have 2 of these units already assembled ready for install. 1.5m wide by 1.0m and need to be installed into the walls above door, there are 2 doors. I will be there to assist installation onto the wall to make it easier to bolt to wall

Patch up the 2 small holes on ceiling. the holes were made to hang the TVs. and paint the patch up color white to match the existing ceiling . the fee offered includes taking the 2 TV down as well, its just to unscrew on the back of tv stands. in addition, the TVs are still there, happy to offer another $50 to take TV down

Nib L shape wall needs to be set and sanded. Top can be rough as timber is going on top but corners need to be touched up and base coated + top coat and sand. Angles are on but 1 90mm x 2.7m corner needs a strip on it with an angle. Joint master and half a bag of base coat is on site and angle same as stud adhesive. And gyprock is on site.

Need some pavers leveled out and possibly small plastering patches. Hourly rate.

Hello, we have a few spaces that we would like to build some gyprock walls to seperate the spaces and make some rooms. Please note that all walls need soundproofing plus powerpoints. Each room needs to have atleast one powerpoint on each wall in the room. ZONE Room 1 Total 37.5m2 Need to separate this large room into 4. Building 2 gyprock walls like a cross. 1 wall would be 7.4m, no doors only an opening (ideally an Arch shaped opening but depending on price), and the other wall is 4.7m and would have a total of 2 doors,90 wide and 2.4m high. I will attach photos. Repair of small indentation in hollow door (80mm x 60 mm) and repair of hole in plasterboard wall (300mm round) - Due date: Flexible

We have patched the gyprock in an area that was damaged by water leaks. It needs to be painted as well as the surrounding walls. The height on this side is around 3-3.5m. Painted area could go between a couple sqm to 10sqm. I would like a quote for this limited job first. Further job to paint the rest of the room could be decided upon meeting. This additional job would require significant scaffolding because on the other side of the room the ceiling height is 6-8m from memory. - Due date: Before Friday, 15 December 2023
