Crossing over electrical points, of which 4 electrical points need replacement. Differing from straight horizontal cracks to long diagonal cracks small to medium major areas of missing pieces of render/gyprock. Seems to require skelletal grafting mesh and layering tradesmanship suited strictly to qualified trades workers and apprentices. (5=11 hours solid work.) Specifically payment in full before work is completed. 2 year warrenty preferable, asking for introduction quote and invoice. Start ASAP.

Setup Awnings on Alfresco Wall might need a Timber to hold it in place as the wall is hollow and need support.

I have to change the following Power points x 11 Light switches x 9 I also need the electrician to have a look at one of the circuits that keeps tripping to see what’s causing the trip and disconnect it. The light switches and power points are all different layouts, you need to supply new ones. We are happy with just standard white ones.
