Need to move water heater to the left so it’s close to the wall. Need to cut the toilet waste pipe and reinstall the new toilet closer to the wall (on the right) by about 10cm.

I need a licensed waterproofer to apply 2-3 layers of waterproofing in my bathroom in a unit, I will need to provide insurance and waterproof license to my Strata. Bathroom is small 2x2. Waterproof needed on the floor and two walls. The area might also need screeding so if you have someone that would be great as an optional quote. Waterproof required to be applied super smooth.
