See photos attached. Need rubber seal replaced on kitchen sink waste. Slow leak developed overtime, assuming just the rubber gasket needs to be replaced and tighten.

Existing setup is an exposed shower rail with wall-mounted mixer and handheld shower, so no wall chasing or tiling should be required. -Install sink and tap into new bench top. -Adjust plumbing to suit sink hole location. -Replace 2x faulty shut off valves (I have put vice grips on the pipe to stop it)

Need a plumber to fix a leaking shower head (likely cartridge/valve). Water dripping from the shower head.

Very slow toilet leaking which have caused the tank refilling regularly I need a licensed Plumber to have it fixed.

Repair leaking copper pipe. There is a crease in the copper below the level of the tile you can see. Obvious where it is when the mains is turned on.

Plumber has fitted attachments to wall for water for washing machine. Covered by plugs. No taps attached. I have bought taps at Bunnings. We need water turned off (unsure where this is) and taps attached to wall fittings and washing machine plugged in. In an apartment, we’ve just moved in. Need it done before 3.30pm today

What is required: A licensed plumber (qualified professional authorized by NSW Fair Trading to perform specialized plumbing, draining, and gasfitting work). The problem: We live in a unit. The kitchen taps are high use taps, especially the cold water tap. The current solution of tap washers is not working. We've tried to be gentle with them but they only last a few months before they start dripping again. What I would like: 1. Identify and discuss other possible solutions, for example a ceramic spindle (we're by the ocean so maybe 1000kPa). 2. Install possible solution. If ceramic spindles are the solution, then I'm happy to receive quotes for a reseat, install and test of the kitchen taps. Let's start with the kitchen taps. If we're happy we'll do the 3 sets of taps in the bathroom at a later date.

Plumber to connect flexible hoses to iso valves from tap and connect waste pipe. Carpenter will install vanity and basin. Needs to be licensed and insured
