Hot water tank will go on the left hand side and washing machine on the right hand side. Hot water tank will be plug in to powerpoint. Remove exisiting kitchen sink, cut hole for double sink to fit, move pipes & tap….fit & plumb a dishwasher, cupboard for dishwasher a fair bit from plumbing…so needs long hose
