I need it removed, cleaned, and RE-SEATED FIRMLY. I have a backup tap on hand, but want to keep the Vito Bertoni if possible. The hot one is currently seized. DETAILS: - Individual unit mains shut-off is available. - My budget of includes labor and all plumber-supplied parts (2 valves and 2 hoses).
