Looking for a qualified shower repair / sealing professional or experienced waterproofer to fix an active shower leak and regrout the shower floor enclosure. ​A recent leak investigation report has confirmed that the shower breach and tap handles are fine, but the leak is originating from the shower drain/waste area, dripping down into the laundry ceiling below. ​Scope of Work: ​Remove Old Sealant: Remove the failed, rigid sealing compound previously applied below the chrome shower waste fitting and around the 100mm PVC riser. ​Repair & Seal Waste Pipe: Address the cracked/failed areas in the waste pipe sealing where water is bypassing the waterproofing membrane. Properly reseal the chrome waste fitting to the PVC riser using appropriate, flexible waterproofing sealants. ​Regrouting: Remove old, failing grout from the shower enclosure floor tiles and redo the floor grouting completely to ensure a fresh, watertight finish. ​Testing: Verify the seal is completely watertight upon completion. ​Important Notes: ​The inspection report notes: "Shower enclosure floor tiles have been previously sealed without tile removal... Recommend engaging a shower sealing professional to see if this can be resolved without needing to remove tiles." Need a handyman/plumber to install a mini washing machine on top of a laundry benchtop. Scope of work: • Cut/drill holes through a stone-look benchtop for water supply and drain hoses. • Connect the washing machine to existing water and waste plumbing under the laundry sink. • Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free. • Experience working with stone/composite benchtops preferred.

The wall outlet need to turn other way as shown by red arrow. At the moment, the two outlets are facing each other leaving no space for me to add a splitter for filter connection. This job is to change the direction if the one outlet other way so that there is more room in between.
