I’m looking for an experienced plumber or leak detection specialist to identify the source of a water leak around or under new concrete floor. The leak occurs only when it rains and stops shortly afterwards. I’d like to identify where the water is coming from without breaking or cutting the concrete floor. I’d prefer an inspection and diagnosis first, followed by a quote for any necessary repairs. Thanks!

I have a wall-mounted gooseneck rain shower head and arm and need a plumber to install it, replacing my existing handheld shower/rail system. The existing water outlet and mixer are already in place. Looking for a licensed plumber to have a quick look at my existing shower setup and advise whether I can simply swap the current chrome rain shower/arm for a matte black gooseneck arm with square rain shower head, or whether plumbing work is required. There is blockage in bathroom of upstairs and when we are using kitchen sink in the downstairs bloating sound is coming from upstairs. Something is stuck in between it seems. We suspect it is lot of toilet tissues flushed down together.

One shower mixer leaking: After the shower mixer is turned off, water continues to drip from around the mixer/tap area. 2. One toilet keeps running after flushing: After pressing and releasing the flush button, water continues to flow into the toilet pan/bowl and does not stop properly. 3. Need a licensed plumber to connect Beefeater BigBug BBQ to NG pipeline using conversion kit which I bought from stores. We also need to connect a new outdoor sink to inlet and outlet.
