We are experiencing an intermittent hot water issue with the shower. We suspect it may have something to do with the fact there is a pipe leaking water from the hot water tank which we can see. Here are the details: • Problem: The shower often doesn’t have hot water, while the taps in the house do. • Pattern: Hot water availability varies throughout the day, often unavailable in late afternoons and nights, and particularly worse during autumn and winter months. • Background: • The hot water tank is new, but the issue has persisted since before its replacement. • With the old tank, we had issues with insufficient hot water, especially in winter. • The new tank provides properly hot water, but it’s inconsistent in availability. • Observations: • Recently noticed warm water coming out of a pipe attached to the hot water tank, which might be contributing to the problem. I also have a video I can show of the water leaking from the hot water tank via a pipe. (images are the pipe from the tank. and it piping toward nothing outside in the backyard.

There is a solar&electric hot water system on the roof top, see the attached photo. Recently the hot water seems discoloured. Need someone to fix this issue, or replace it with an electric one, preferably the Dux 300L if this is the case. Quote welcome

Replace two shower heads in two seperate bathrooms. Remove existing shower heads and install new ones (supplied). Must be a licensed plumbing professional and provide invoice.

Replace the existing tap with a new mixer tap. Material will be supplied as photo shown. Space under the sink is a bit hard to maneuver so need a plumber that knows how to get this job done.
