Hi, I need a licensed plumber to inspect and replace a faulty Pressure & Temperature Relief (PTR) valve on my outdoor hot water system Brand/Type: Leda Heat Pump Hot Water Unit (External) The Issue: Super hot water is continuously streaming/gushing out of the overflow drain line at the base of the tank. Troubleshooting Done: I have already tried flushing/snapping the PTR valve lever, but it failed to reseat, and scalding hot water continues to run. I have switched off the power to the unit at the main meter box to prevent it from continuously boiling.
