There is water pooling at the bases of the hot and cold taps in the ensuite. No other leaking otherwise. Plan to get the whole 3 pieces replaced with the Bunnings Shawn & Mason Easy Clean 3-pieces basin set (if it fits). Or else, fix the leaks by replacing parts. If the Shawn & Mason set fits, would get the set in the main bathroom replaced too. I will provide both sets.

Washer in ensuite shower needs to be changed, shower head is leaking. Plumber on behalf of Sydney water came to fix the issue twice (changed the washer) however after a few weeks the shower head starts to leak again. The Sydney water plumber mentioned something about the possibility that some drilling needs to be done.

all the bathroom's water seems to pass slowly. It could be partially blocked at a point after all pipes are connected. It is worse while all toilets, washing machines or showers are in use.
