Outdoor garden tap is leaking and heavily corroded. We have tried removing it with spanners, but it appears seized and may have concrete or hardened material around the adjoining connection. We have already purchased a new 15 mm garden tap, but we’re unsure whether the existing connection may require a 20 mm tap instead. Looking for someone experienced to assess whether it is best to: • Replace the washer and keep the existing tap, or • Remove it and install our new 15 mm tap if suitable, or • Advise if a 20 mm tap or adaptor is required and replace it accordingly Please check the adjoining fittings and ensure everything is properly sealed and leak-free. Care will be needed to avoid twisting or damaging the older pipework. Located in Baulkham Hills. Open to offers $$. As I don’t know how much this would cost. Need a licensed plumber to repair two shower diverter valves. Both bathrooms have the same issue: Water comes from both the overhead shower and the hand shower at the same time. The diverter is not switching the water to a single outlet. Likely requires repair or replacement of the diverter cartridge/valve.

Washer in ensuite shower needs to be changed, shower head is leaking. Plumber on behalf of Sydney water came to fix the issue twice (changed the washer) however after a few weeks the shower head starts to leak again. The Sydney water plumber mentioned something about the possibility that some drilling needs to be done.
