Need to cut in and patch so can’t see cable Photo 4 old gutter. Need to do 100mm patch at height. Rest are windows and small areas.

Need to finish wall rendering after removal of a section of the wall, which opened up the kitchen to the living room. Will need painting and skirting, using parts removed from the demolished wall (per pictures).

I have concrete stairs and after taking the old balustrade down I need the edges rendered to make it smooth. As I am replacing the balustrade - I need the side of the stairs to be ready for the new glass. I can pay $55 per hour. This task is for the preparation of surfaces (scrape, sanding etc of existing paint making them ready to paint), applying primer and painting of approx 15 lineal meters of balustrades (leaving the are neat/ tidy and cleaning of the area on completion).

It has gyprock plaster on wall which we have primed. Front brickwork chipped. Needs corners. Old guttering. About 4m x 150mm wide strip needs fixing.

Strip back/ prep, sand and paint balustrades. Must have required tools, materials, Ppe and return site in clean manner. Paint (white gloss) only to be provided. Approx 15 m of balustrades.
