Section cut out of brick wall for gate to be installed. 2 x Vertical sides of wall approx 1.2m high and 0.35m wide need to be done . Bricks are broken/ rough cut so needs padding/ flattening before rendering.

I was installing a TV bracket when one of my power circuits started tripping. When the breaker is reset there's an audible "popping" sound, strongly suggesting a drill bit or screw has caught a cable behind the wall. Breaker is currently isolated and labelled off. What I need: • Diagnose and confirm the fault • Repair the damaged cable to AS/NZS 3000 standards (accessible junction box or rerun as required) • Insulation resistance (megger) test the circuit afterwards to confirm integrity • Issue a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) Site details: • Switchboard: modern Clipsal MAX9 with individual RCBOs per circuit — the affected circuit can be fully isolated without disturbing the rest of the house • Strike location: behind a heavy-duty articulating TV bracket. A light switch directly below the bracket suggests the cable is on a vertical run from that switch • I can remove the TV and bracket before you arrive, or leave it for you to drop — happy either way • ⚠️ Important: the wall is finished in a bespoke Monaco Grand Prix poster wallpaper that cannot be easily replaced or matched. Please plan to make the smallest possible access cut, and factor minimal wall disturbance into your approach. I'll handle wallpaper/plaster make-good myself afterwards. Need a simple plasterboard patched in my hallway. It either needs to patched, or cutout and patched. Hole/dent is roughly 10cm. No painting

Patch 2 Gyprock / Drywall holes (1 small around 4cm diameter, the other is around 30cmx20cm). In addition to reattach curtain rain which has been pulled out in 2 places from ceiling. I have the paint required to touch up

An old home intercom system has been removed from next to front door and on stairway leaving 2 holes. They need to be filled, gyprocked, patched and painted. I have the paint but I have no other material - I do not have render / gyprock materials etc

We recently have had new timber awnings put on the exterior of our house. Which need painting today or tomorrow. We have all the paint and painting equipment and ladders. The awnings required two coats of paint. I believe this is a 4 hour job. The cost showed here is for 4hours of work at $75 an hour. I have a small area behind an outdoor sink on a balcony that needs to be cement rendered it is approximately 1 metre x 1/2 metre. all the rest of the balcony was done but this was missed because of the sink being connected.

My Bosch oven is displaying Error code011. The manual says this is because a button was pushed in too long.(It was). It can be fixed by switching the oven off at the power so that the oven resets. I am not strong enough to pull the oven out by myself and need someone to do that for me so that I can reset the oven as suggested. It would be great if the job could be done on Monday afternoon. I can provide a parking permit for street parking.
