Looking for a venetian plaster expert for a room which is about 3.4mx3.5m. Only two walls required (as third wall is with windows and the other wall is wardrobe). Also need a door to be painted plus ceiling. If I like how you work I will do also the other 3 rooms with venetian plaster. Please only apply if you have experience with venetian stucco application.

I’m looking for an experienced, practical handyman/pest-proofing specialist to help permanently resolve a rat issue in a converted garage / home office (approx 4.5m x 2.4m building with a 90cm crawl space and man hole access) The job involves internal crawl-space work, external roof/eaves work, and a small plasterboard access/repair. This is about proper exclusion and clean-up, not baiting. Scope of work Internal (roof space / crawl space): Inspect and block the cavity wall gap at the eaves / perimeter (suspected rat entry point) Install vermin-proof barrier (mesh / flashing as appropriate) Remove and replace 2–3 rat-infested insulation batts (I have the replacement batts) Clean affected area as required External (roof / eaves): Install a vermin barrier product at the eaves and ridge capping (e.g. Perforated RetroSeal / HouseSeal type product — I can supply but need to order) Ensure all eaves / roof-wall junctions are properly sealed and rodent-proof Internal wall access (office): Open a small section of plasterboard in a bottom corner to: Inspect for a possible dead rat or contamination in the wall cavity Remove carcass if present and clean cavity Make good the wall afterwards (patch, flush, ready for paint) Important notes This is a repair and exclusion job, not pest baiting Experience with rodent exclusion, roof spaces, or insulation, and comfortable working in roof spaces and on eaves are musts. PPE required (I can supply basic materials if needed) Timing Flexible, but would like this done soon due to odour.

I have a ceiling that has dropped slightly and needs to be re attached. They did not apply enough glue when they fitted the Gyprock and it has sagged. Work is to cut patches, insert glue, screws and patch for painting.
