Looking for an experienced plasterer (not handyman) to repair: • 1 wall crack above fireplace • Small section of ceiling with old water damage (solid, not soft) Scope: • Scrape back any loose/flaking material • Proper crack repair using mesh tape (not just filler) • Patch and smooth ceiling area (no need to restore decorative detail perfectly) • Sand and spot paint to blend (not full repaint) Notes: • Damage is old and dry (no active leak) • After a clean, durable repair — doesn’t need to be perfect • Photos attached Available after 13 April.

Fix 16mm furring channels to rendered brick party wall with resilient clips, place 25mm mineral wool insulation, finish with 2 layers of 13mm Soundchek. Size of lift means some butt joints are necessary. Remove skirting and cornice and replace. Wall 5100 x 2.6 no openings. Owner can supply all materials and place adjacent. The wall abutts a retun wall where it wii termnate and built wardrobe at the other where it will terminate against an aluminium stop. The is a complex bedhead about 650 from the wall and it is attached to a bedframe and neither can be removed so limited access for half the length. Floor will be totally covered with plastic and ramboard. Aircon unit removed by others. All material will be within 20 metres level access

Need to patch two small holes (approx. 14-16cm squares) which was opened to install power cable for an air conditioning unit installation. Task includes: Patching, sanding and painting the patch.

Hello Choo, I’m looking at getting a garden room gyprock and plastered It’s small garden room 3 walls 3.4m x 2.1m 2.1m x 2.1m 2.1m x 2.1m

The man hole is in our kitchen and very small. Need to move it further over and patch up older hole.

Remove desk and put up gyprock walls to create new room. Remove carpet and install new carpet squares to office space approx 90m2.

Repair the torn drywall. Prime and paint.

Install gyprock cornice approximately 5m long when exhaust hood is removed

Paint gyprock around skylight - white paint, small area (equipment not supplied).

Repair the inside wall and floor

Gyprock of 2 narrow walls. The space was once a fireplace. Exposed brick. Need it gyprocked/finished.

We Need a 10cm gouge in gyprock where it was scraped moving furniture patched up, and the patch repainted. We have the paint. As soon as possible.
