Hi, we had a water leak in kitchen a few months back and ceiling was damaged. It’s now fully dried out and we need it patched. Basic but professional job required. One down light to be inserted (fitting and cabling already in place, see image) Cornice does not need to be replaced. No painting required. Whole is circa 3m x 2m (widest to widest points). My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. 3 floor to ceiling and 2 half height internal walls with skirting boards in small Paddington terrace. Recently plastered, may need some smoothing and skirting boards sanded. All materials supplied if required.

I need to mount a base for an indoor clothesline, but the area where it needs to mounted has been patched before and isn't strong enough to hold it. I need a new piece of plasterboard about 300mm x 300mm to be inserted with some internal backing to serve as an anchor. Unfortunately are no internal studs in the area around where this is going to be mounted.
