Small patching internal concrete wall. Secondly, small render exterior concrete wall where a light has been chased and moved.

Remove/Cut steel L sections and weld to opposite Balustrade. 12 Cuts to remove current Balustrades. Cut L sections to fit new Balustrades lengths. Weld in place.

I have a Power Point that needs to be replaced, but it is beside a drying machine that might be a little hard to move much, so it is a narrow space.

1) We would like to install 12 power points. So we already have a few power points in the wall but would like to add 12 more. 2) We would also like to add 24 LED ceiling lights. Again, there are already some ceiling lights, but we would like to add 24 more. I’m assuming that both the above tasks can be done in a day i.e. 8 hours. I’m understanding if it takes more hours. Happy to pay $90 per hour for labour and additional for materials. Free and convenient parking is available in the building.

I have recently renovated my kitchen and need parts of the walls to be plastered and painted, this is where the old cupboards used to be but are no longer there. There are also some gaps so be filled in around the window edges, photos should make the task clear.

I have a gas stove in a new apartment. I would like to change it for an induction stove however I have been advised that I need to confirm that the power point under the bench is capable of providing the correct current/power. I need someone to confirm whether or not it will work. The appliance to potentially be used is the Miele KM7679 induction.
