New installation of skirting boards in the apartment. Between 50-55 lineal meters, 3 bedrooms and small hall. Skirting boards to be provided. Date to be agreed. Likely sometime between 29.06-2.07. (filling and sanding would be required so it is painting ready. No painting of skirting board is required; there is no skirting board installed so no removal).

Task Description: I need a professional carpet repairer to fix two small damaged areas in a rental property before handing it back to the landlord. The carpet is installed over stairs and a raised platform area. My dog has torn a section at the join where the carpet meets the stairs, creating a hole approximately 3 inches square. Carpet is on the side of the stairs which makes this a bit tricky I would assume. There is also a smaller tear at the top of the stairs. I have a roll of the original carpet available for patching. Looking for someone who can cut and fit a seamless patch to blend in with the existing carpet. Remove new carpet tiles and stack them for future use

Require an expert carpet installer (evidence required that this is your trade / background / current employment for several years) to assess the quality of the carpet installation I received recently. We are unhappy overall with the finish of our recent carpet installation and the company who installed is saying that it is the best they can do. Key issues relate to there being some gaps between the wall and stair, some bumpy carpet parts generally mostly near doors / walls, carpet being lose close to wall on stairs (apparently they can’t pin down?), old carpet remaining in closet with new piece just tossed on top (apparently they can’t remove old carpet) and other bits and pieces. If a short written report can be typed up post this assessment, that would be great

Need someone to replace carpet in a 1.5x4.2m sunroom (pics attached). New carpet will be supplied and the old carpet will be removed pre-job. The existing carpet is old and the job will need new underfelt, and might need smooth edge for the space. Please quote for labour of installing carpet and just note the cost of additional materials in your comment. Easy with timing and can do middle of the week.
