Looking for an experienced timber flooring professional to inspect and rectify a small affected area on a timber floor in Sydney. The affected area is localised and appears to be a surface finish/coating issue rather than structural damage to the timber itself. Requirements: * Experience with timber floor repairs and coating restoration * Ability to assess whether issue is residue, coating wear or finish damage * Provide recommended repair solution * Ideally able to complete a localised repair rather than full floor restoration if appropriate Property is currently vacant and access can be arranged. I have laminate Laminate wooden floor boards have swollen/bubbled/lifted due to water damage and need replacing. Approx 1.5 sqm infront of laundry I have the laminate so need your skills , glue and tools .
