We require someone to sand our floor boards in the dining room. Carpet has already been lifted and removed. Approximately 20m2

My existing wooden deck is in good condition and needs to be restained.

I need three internal doors trimmed slightly at the bottom to clear newly installed carpet. They don’t need to be removed — just shaved down and rehung hung and adjusted so they swing freely without dragging.

Pull up a carpet and underlay and remove nails and dispose of carpet about 12 square metres. Carpet will need to be bagged for removal as is on top floor of apartment building and you will need to comply with the rules of the building

I cant seem to get the monitor to work

Pivot door has been removed as new carpet laid. The door needs to be shaved. Would need two people as the door is heavy.

We need to install approx 130 linear meters of 18x18mm trim to our newly polished timer floor. I have stained and varnished the scotia. We just need it installed on Wednesday before the furniture arrives the next day

Bathroom leaked and is now fixed. Carpet is damaged and door frame rusted. Apartment is getting major refurb in 12 months so needs a patch up job in interim for new tenants. Likely need to replace a cube of carpet/ patch to get us through until major renovation

1. Attach IKEA Songe mirror 91cm x 130 cm to wall 2. Unassemble PAX Mehman sliding door panels and replace with Auli (mirrored) panels. 1 door only. 3. Unattach newly installed PAX wardrobe (2 x 500 x 54 x 201), remove architraves and cut to size, cut hole for power points, reattach to wall. 4. Unattach 2 x IKEA Gneby (installed together) book cases from wall, remove architrave and reattach bookcases.

Approx 1 metre length of skirting board has rotted and needs to be replaced. Need someone to come and measure, source the skirting board and replace it so it looks like the original

I need a small (3.8m x 1.7) roll of carpet, underlay and smooth edge removed from a unit in Woollhara.

We have three 20mm floor tiles that need cutting one edge off.

Moved out of the apartment today, but this is marks all over the floor. It looks like stains not sure what it is
