Hi, we've recently purchased a property in Maroubra and are looking to have the timber floors sanded and polished as soon as we get the keys. We don't have access just yet, but can share the floor plan and listing photos. The sandable area is roughly 50-60m2 (living, kitchen, hallway, and 2 bedrooms).
