- Replace a 0.5 x 1 m plaster panel that was cut out of our ceiling following the installation of a bulkeahd air conditioner unit - Original panel cut out was left with us by the air conditioner installers so it could be reused. - Ceiling section is just above the bedroom doorway. Half the area of the hole is above the staircase. We have a large ladder if required to access that section. - Painting not required

I need a professional renderer to patch some areas, holes, cracks etc of a vacant shop and prepare it for painting and lease Some photos of the main areas are attached (there might be a few more holes and small areas that I didn't photograph) but definitely not more than a days work

This is a simple cement and sand render and sponge finish with one coat for an old outside wall. Wall roughly 1 x 4.50 m
