Whilst moving a bed, we damaged an internal Gyprock wall and have created a depression about 10 cm in diameter. We need this damage repaired professionally.

We are repainting our house and need a glass balustrade removed whilst being painted and then put back when painting completed.

The support for a 9yo Kresta motorised awning has fallen out and needs replacement.

4m2 of 6mm FC and 4m2 of gyprock to put on the ceiling. FC to be base coat. Ceiling to be top coat. Sheets supplied base coat and top coat to be supplied.

4 walls in a bathroom that need different degrees of rendering. 1 wall (5m2) needs 20mm build up and will be tiled so trowelled finish is fine. 1 wall (5.4m2) needs patching of chases over original render, tiled finish so patching is fine. 2 walls (7m2 total) skimmed over existing, smooth finish ready for paint. Patch concrete lintel, smooth finish. Supply and install render and angles required.

Install a TV bracket on a rendered brick wall in a bedroom. It is to hold a 32 inch tv.

Need an experienced renderer to apply an acrylic render to a small brick wall (see photos attached). The job is just for the section highlighted being x2 sides, top and front face only. I want a clean, smooth finish suitable with clean bead angles / detail to finish to existing brick work and suitable for painting afterwards. Details: Wall size approx. Underside of shopfront awning needs replacement, preferably with white aluminium panels. Old ceiling removed and disposed of. Approx 5 x 2.5 metres. Tested negative for asbestos. Requires council application for pavement closure.

Some cracks in the render on the outside walls of our house need to be fixed. There are a few areas.

Side of staircase needs re rendering. Approx 3 to 4 square meters. Join caused by where the brick work meets the concrete stairs. Currently rendered and painted. With some filler in the join currently. The timber flooring and skirting boards are going to be replaced so the work will be required to be done after the boards and skirting are removed and before the new boards are laid. The timing of this is uncertain at this stage. Thanks.

Water damage to ceiling. Require plaster to affix new board and patch n paint. Area is approx 80x 150. Please quote for materials and labour. If possible I’d like this started on Saturday and finished Monday. Area has been thoroughly dried and issue with upstairs leak resolved. Many thanks.

Gyprock ceiling in attic conversion has warped from a leak, that section needs to be removed and replaced. Warped area shown measures 750x2000 approx. All joints and sanding to be finished to be seamless and ready to paint (we have painters coming afterwards). - Due date: Before Monday, 31 July 2023

Skim coat of render on internal wall. The wall is already rendered, but after removing some tiles the surface is slightly pitted. The render applied will need to smooth this out. 4 m2 area. - Due date: Flexible

My interior wall has water damage. I require someone to strip the plaster/drywall. I plan to leave that to dry out for a month and will then need the plasterer to return to repair it. Price to be negotiated and paid in two instalments through Airtasker - once for the removal and once for the patch up. - Due date: Flexible

Small section of an external wall has been water damaged. I have stripped it back and now need the wall re rendered ready for painting. - Due date: Flexible
