Garage ceiling is sagging due to water damage. Needs to be replaced.

We need someone to patch the gyprock walls in our walk in robe and paint them (paint will be provided) There are 3 sides to our walk in robe When taking out the original wardrobe some of the gyprock and paint was ripped off so we need to fix this up. We need to make sure no paint or sealing compound marks are left on the cabinetry so this needs to be masked properly.

Need 2-3 power points before cabinets are installed In the garage Make an offer -

Need the ceiling repaired (refer photos). Roof was leaking but now the leaking has been fixed. Need to take out water marked gyprock and replace with new gyprock. 2.8m x 2m.

need 3 lights installed as well as 2 PowerPoints. Must be licensed electrician Prefer supply and install Picture 2 and 4 is the location of the closest indoor PowerPoints.

Gyprocker commenced the prep work as seen in photo but ended up having an accident and is in critical condition. I cannot afford any further delays and would need the job done this week, ideally from 25th of June. Gyprock garage ceiling. Need to fix and make it look good professionally done with ruffing & painting so it does not fall again. To me the solution is to take the gyprock board out and replace with a new one.

We need an oven installed, and a power point moved to the other side of the cupboard. There is some more work but you’d need to see the job to quote. Potential down lights and update to some switches.

Price is labour each day. I Will pay for materials on top as well Remove door, remove frame, patch doorway with gyprock and studs between gyprock. Mark where studs are. Plaster gaps on both sides. Only one side needs to be smooth for me to paint. The other side will have cabinets, kitchen and splash back covering it.

Hi I had some wall shelves removed and the removalist has caused scrapes and holes in the wall that need fixed. These are in three rooms.
