New awning for sun and rain protection. Length 4 meters, width 1 meter. The wall is gyprock wall. Metal frames need to also be installed to support the awning from ground upwards. So I am thinking you'll need 2 frames (1 from attached to the wall next to the sliding door and the other one the other side) from bottom to the top where the cover will be? Please refer to the attached. We want a cover that will not be too dark, sun protected and also rain protected as well. Qualified trademan needed for the work!

Seeking handyman to help repair a pivot arm awning / external window awning. Unfortunately I accidentally cut the internal strap mechanism from inside the window thinking it was an old fixture, and now the awning no longer opens and closes properly. I’ve attached photos of: the broken awning mechanism and another identical awning that is still functioning for reference. The outside awning is fine just needing the internal open and close strap mechanism repaired.

Large Pergola was removed to erect a type of alfresco. It was needed to install solar panels. The material is in good condition (dirty now as in the weather) I would like to use the material we have and add whatever is needed to make a shade area.
