Scope of Work: Front Facade: Paint front gable trims/battens, window awning/hood, timber window frames/sills, and lower plinth baseboards in a heritage muted olive green (per mockup image). Rear Facade: Paint rear roofline fascias, gable cladding/trims, window/sliding door perimeter trims, and lower baseboards. Will need to bring own tools & appropriate heavy duty timber screws, washers & weatherproof sealer. The awning will be attached to 50mm (approx) thick timber, which sits behind grey mini orb cladding.
