Glass is 1961 and needs to be replaced with modern glass. New putty. Awning windows need to be sealed tongue and groove to stop draughts. Catches and hinges checked and fixed/replaced as required. Rotten sills repaired or replaced if required. Window primed after repairs ready for final painting Replace Back Door using existing locks and handle if still suitable? Entry Hall glass and front door - seal door for draughts - should glass be replaced as well? - Due date: Before Saturday, 5 August 2023
