Before cutting the wall they’ll need to check if there are any cables or wires that does not cause a hazard. It is an existing house so no strata involved. The wall needs to be cut from the top of the door which can be found in the photo until the bench-top and once cut, it needs to have seamless skirtings. All materials will be provided
