We have had a washing machine installed upstairs (due to young kids) and need some small gyprocking done and painting. These holes are quite small. The larger hole we require a paintable access panel installed so we can access the plumbing in the event of a leak. The access panel is about 450 x 400. The 2 holes in the wardrobe one needs plaster and the one needs gyprock from a cut hole from plumber, both are small. We want all the 3 painted if required (Not sure if the access panel will fix exactly or need some gyprocking.

Sanding walls and ceiling. Filling cracks and imperfections. Skim coating walls and ceiling to create a smooth finish. Final sanding, ready for painting. One wall is mostly a large window. Please include priace of matrials in your offer. If I'm happy with the quality of the work, there are more rooms in the house that will also need to be completed.

I want to hang an old mirror that weighs about 16kg on apartment gyprock wall. I have a light hook in place from a previous picture that is in the stud but mirror weight needs better system. Also the d—rings/wire need switching on back of mirror from vertical hang to horizontal and this will require new wire and d-rings/attachments. Rental apartment so needing minimal wall damage.

1) Come in person to assess the situation properly, or just ask for additional photos if enough. 2) Agree on the exact specs of parts to be used for the job. I can then source them. 3) Do the job: replace the existing handrails, banisters and bottom rails with the new ones. The load-bearing posts are not getting replaced. Total length of handrail to replace: about 5m - same length for the bottom rail.

Luxaflex Somfy outdoor awning not responsive to remote. Need help with resetting the motor

I would like someone to construct a small awning / pergola down the narrow side of my house to store my bikes out of the rain. The structure would need to attach to the side of the house. The long side of the awning would be attaching to a modern Hardie plank weatherboard clad wall, whereas the short side would need to attach to double brick. In the diagram below, the res depicts the structure I'm requesting to be built. Dimensions would be 5.2m by 0.9m. It would need to attach to the house at about 1.9m above the ground with a gentle slope so the rain could run off (no need for a gutter). So likely to need brackets and some support frames to then hold up something like a Suntuf polycarbonate clear plastic roofing. Please see photos of the area in question and aerial sketch. I would be keen for someone to inspect the site so we can discuss best design & materials before purchasing the materials. The main discussion points is probably whether it would require a support post at the near end. Im happy to either purchased myself or you can, but either way I will fund the materials so please don't include those in your quote.

Garden bed walls and garage walls to be rendered with a “speckle” render. This is a coarse type of render that is normally splattered on with a machine. Also called roughcast or pebbledash render.

Outdoor awning needs to have a canvas patch applied to tears being caused by the rollers. I will supply adhesive canvas patch. The awning rollers will need to be unbolted & repositioned as well. Need someone who is familiar with awning repairs

We will have about 4-5 inflatables to be installed on top of an awning. It needs to be fastened

The electrical motor does not work

Gyprock first then plaster areas to a good finish: 1.wall area with water damage approx 200 x30 cm Photo below shows black strip covering water damage. There are also shots without the black cover for you to view 2. Ceiling about 200 x25 cm strip - from corner to about 200 above curtain rail flush to window frame 3. Behind air con unit cover needs plastering hole where cartridge was. Cartridge already removed. The cover in place temporarily. Cut out existing gyprock, replace with new, plaster and sanding exclude painting.

Hole in ceiling after air con replacement (1000mm x 1500mm) needs gyprock and painting and vent reinstalled.
