need to unblock a toilet in a unit on top floor

I have a shower head that is currently too high, I will order a new one but need it to be installed. I will need to buy a double mount with rail.

Our toilet seat has come undone and needs screwing back in. Plus there is no lock on the door, but there is a hook clip, so we need the hook attached to the door.

Remove and replace shower Remove lower faucet spacer and install elbow. Shower head is sized on think it’s been installed using liquid thread sealant trying to turn it feels like it’s bending pipe. Might need to use a torch to remove it or cut it off.

Replace existing shower head to hand held shower. Need to bring tool to complete task. Non complex task. No drilling. I have the required plumbing tape but only requires wrench to complete

I require an experienced and licensed plumber to fix my leaking shower, and look in to my washer/dryer. I require new shower handles, screws etc, as well as a look in to my washer/dryer to check for any drainage issues. My understanding is that my apartment's water 'turn off' valve is underneath my sink, which requires the shifting of my washer dryer which I currently can't assist with owing to a back issue.

Moved into a new apartment and bought a showerhead to replace current one, but I cannot remove/replace it myself, at least with my equipment. Reckon it would be easy for someone more handy!

I am needing someone who is experienced to instal a new shower head, shower handle and new sink tap. I have these already, just needing someone to instal. Own tools will be required. Thanks so much

We are experiencing an overflowing issue with the toilet floor drainage, where water and oil are coming up through the drain. While there are no solid waste materials (such as feces or urine), we suspect it may be related to the grease trap, which had not been emptied for the past four months. It was cleaned out yesterday morning, but the issue persists. The floor drain continues to overflow whenever a large amount of water is drained from the kitchen or when the toilet is flushed. The button of this toilet got stuck down and I wasn’t able to fix it myself - I’m not sure if the whole flush button needs replacing or just to be reconnected and fiddled with.

My toilet is blocked and for some reason it will not unblock.

Bathroom tap underneath is leaking and so is 1 tap underneath the kitchen sink. I will buy the replacement fitting just need someone to install. Also replace 2 x shower heads and mixers (i will also buy the new ones).

shower head is snapped off, new one required, toilet roll holder needs reattaching / replacing, sink tap (not pictured) has the 'stopper' fallen out and now water comes out of it regularly, - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 13 November 2023
