Got a leaking tap. Recently replaced washing machine inlet hoses and when I go to turn the hot water back on it started dripping from the tap. Pretty sure the rubber washer inside the tap is cooked because it hasn't been turned in about 9 years. Since I am replacing one, might as well get both (hot and cold) replaced.

Since the replacement, the toilet now makes a loud filling noise several times throughout the day, and I can also see water leaking into the toilet bowl. Could this be due to the outlet valve or flush valve needing replacement? 2. **Water pressure issue:** Since the inlet valve was replaced, I've noticed that whenever the toilet cistern is refilling and I turn on a tap, the water pressure drops significantly. Once the cistern has finished filling, the pressure returns to normal. I've also noticed that if one tap is already running and someone opens another tap elsewhere in the house, the water flow from the first tap slows down noticeably. 3. **Foaming in sinks:** Despite trying drain cleaning methods, I'm still getting foam coming up through both the kitchen and bathroom sinks (photo attached). Could anyone please let me know what might be causing this?
