Replace/fit drain covers or waste fittings for 2 bathroom sinks I need someone to help with two bathroom basin drains. The current drains are open holes with no proper plug/cover/strainer, so it would be easy to lose jewellery, contact lenses or small items down them. I’d like a more permanent solution fitted to both sinks, ideally either: - pop-up basin waste fittings, or - chrome basin waste fittings with a removable strainer/grate I’m happy to take advice on the best option once you see the sinks. Please include labour and let me know whether you can supply the correct parts, or if you’d prefer me to purchase them first. Location: [insert suburb] Timing: Flexible, but ideally soon. We need washers changed on all these shower and sink taps. Also one of the handles of the show tap keeps falling off, a simple replacement for that one.

Shower mixer cartridge needs replacement and shower handle to be fixed. Zuchheti brand. Parts are usually available as per a plumber who looked at it a couple of months ago. Never got around to actually doing it. Supply & Install Replacement Mixer Cartridge Inspect and dismantle Mixer Tap and remove existing Mixer Cartridge. Replace with suitable mixer cartridge. Re assemble tap and test on completion. Re install handle with new screw

I need someone to replace the drain in my kitchen sink. I have the part and know that it fits but the area under the sink is a big hodgy podge so needs a plumber to have the right part/ be able to retro fit to make it go in

I moved into a new house this week. I need the water settings adjusted to increase the temperature.

Old toilet seat has broken; we need a new one installed. New toilet seat has been purchased. Only issue is that we can’t remove one nut from old hinge - see photo. So you will need to be able to do this. Toilet has been cleaned!

Outdoor tap is fitted to copper pipe that passes through a brick wall. I replaced the tap, but in the process, damaged the copper pipe that it attaches to, probably within the wall. There is small leak coming out the other side of the wall. The other side is accessible. Not massively urgent as the water is outside. Suspect that the a new pipe needs to be soldered on the other side of the wall, through the wall and the tap fitting replaced.
