Kitchen faucet is leaky due to difficulty in closing the cold water handle fully. Has to be wrenched really tight in order for faucet to stop leaking. The leak is only very small. Recently replaced the washer but still leaking. Likely need to replace parts (spindle, handle, washer etc) willing to purchase parts

Pushed down a modern pop up sink plug and it didn't come back up

I need a new towel rack installed - this will need drilling through tiles to be done. I also need a new shower head installed.

Needing bathroom vanity replaced. Looking at possibly putting in floating vanity. Pipes are connected from floor. Happy to it to be exposed.
