Two plumbing issues at my property, would like a licensed plumber to assess and quote both: 1. Washing machine cold water inlet hose is dripping at the connection point where it screws onto the wall tap. Hot tap is not in use. 2. Mould and water staining on the wall behind/beside the bathroom sink, likely caused by a leak in the sink’s plumbing (tap base, waste trap, or supply line under the basin). Needs inspection to find the source and repair. Photos attached. Looking for someone to diagnose both issues, quote for parts/labour, and complete repairs in one visit if possible.
