Find an experienced plumber in Engadine

Mixer tap’s base has loosened - making unit move when tap is moved. Toilet keeps flushing. Current solution is lifting the floater arm to stop it. Shower silicon sealant needs to be replaced.

Toilet repairs - 1) 1st toilet -cistern repair / replacement - broken piece of plastic see photo 2) 2nd toilet- replace toilet seat - these screws are rusted on - we have a replacement seat -just the old one removed & new one fitted

The hot water valve won’t close, and the pipe is leaking under the sink. Now, the cold water shut-off valve is also dripping. The shut-off valve to close the water flow is leaking.

To fix a couple of clay drain pipes in the ground . The pipes are connected to the down gutter pipes.

Need new toilet fitted. Straight forward job

Cap off washing machine taps and move laundry basin taps down 400mm for Mixer tap to be installed after fit out is complete

Recently moved and would like to re-connect the Fridge Plumbing. There seems to already be a connection from the previous owners but we are not sure how to install and where to turn the plumbing on/off.

Replace laundry sink & washing machine taps with Bunnings Estilo taps; see screenshots (already purchased by us). Have been told that we may require extenders; require advice regarding if so & which ones to purchase. $123 = Please make an offer.

Gday gday, I’ve bought a commercial ice maker and it needs a continuous water supply, I’ve got everything needed to complete the job but seeing as I’m in a rental I’d like someone experienced or qualified to do the job for me as I can’t afford to stuff it up. Last two times the 45kg bottle has been delivered they are saying it is leaking the gas tap. It bubbles when hit with water. Quick fix just need tape put in pipe gas people said - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 18 June 2023

our client recently installed solar panels, and their monitoring device is showing random production via the hot water circuit at times they're certain they aren't using it.. need someone to visit and re-adjust the timer to an earlier time of the day - Due date: Flexible

Remove the 2x old taps and 1x faucet of a bathroom vanity And install new ones - Due date: Before Saturday, 24 December 2022

Plumb in fridge to water supply. Needs to go from sink to fridge (about 2m) and have a cut off switch under the sink incase it leaks or we need to turn it off. Will need to move washing machine/fridge to plumb in. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 14 September 2022
