Looking for a handyman or plumber to install a dishwasher in my kitchen. It's a new installation. The dishwasher cavity is 1.5 metres away from the sink plumbing and the power point. Requirements: 1) Cabinetry: Might need to drill holes through the intermediate cupboards to route the hoses and power cord from the cavity to under the sink. There is an option to put them beneath the kitchen cabinets though. 2) Plumbing Connection: Connect the dishwasher to the cold water supply and the sink's sewer/waste pipe (1.5m away). 3) Electrical: Route the power cord to the existing power point located underneath the sink. 4) Setup: Position, level, and test the dishwasher to ensure there are no leaks and it runs properly. Notes: It might need a 2m or 2.5m extended dishwasher hose kit (inlet and drain hose extension), so please take them just in case.

Looking for someone experienced with natural gas burners/appliances to inspect and adjust the flame on my outdoor burner/heater setup. Current issue: * Flame output is too low * Gas connection is working but may need valve/regulator adjustment or burner servicing Need someone who can: * inspect the gas valve assembly * adjust flame/gas flow safely * clean/check burner components * troubleshoot low flame issues Please only apply if you have experience working with natural gas appliances and fittings. Fix weak cold water flow in the kitchen mixer (most likely a cartridge issue?) and glue the bathroom mixer to the base. See photos of both mixers attached.

My hot water heater pump isn't powering up. I'm 99% sure it's a capacitor. As the fan isn't spinning. Spins freely by hand. Happy for someone to either provide the capacitor and I fit it, or someone come do the job for me.

I have a 5 year old Breville Dual Boiler BES920 that requires some servicing. This will likely just be a basic service, including simple gasket/O ring replacements. I’ve noticed the hot water spout and steam wand are getting a little leaky. Everything else runs fine.

When flushing the toilet or turning on the kitchen tap—especially if the tap is turned on quickly—there are multiple loud hammering sounds coming from the pipes. I previously had a pressure reducing valve (PRV) installed at the main water supply at the front of the house, but the issue is still occurring. Could you please come and assess the plumbing and advise whether installing water hammer arrestors would resolve the problem, or if there may be another underlying cause

Flush is taking long time to fill

Need to try and sort it by lunch tomorrow. Quick job. Laundry tap handles and bathroom. + A new toilet Flexi line.

Our heat pump hot water is set to 65C degrees and its reaching the temperature. In the past, if you turn on hot water its very hot but now its warm instead. I have tested this in shower, kitchen sink and laundry. Need someone to have a look and figure out.

The pvc piping under the sink has a small dripping leak due to the installation of a new sink and movement of the piping. Needs to be fixed. Also to switch around the water lines to the tap from cold to hot and hot to cold. To fix an error when installing the new tap. Easy access as the cupboards have still to be installed. Plenty of parking available. Estimated 30 minute job, we’re super flexible on time to fit into your busy day.
