Install an electric instantaneous hot water system ( we are looking to purchase the system separately)disconnect the existing hot water tank and potentially dispose of it.

The mixer/tap at the bathroom sink is leaking from the joint between the handle and the actual tap - I can’t get the handle off to replace the cartridge as I can’t remove the screw

My dishwasher is not draining. When I disconnect the hose from the under sink piping, it is draining - so it looks like a problem with the under sink plumbing rather than the dishwasher. I have cleaned out the U shaped pipe, that wasn’t the problem. Can someone fix the plumbing issue so the dishwasher will drain…

Original 1960s style shower with new shower head and taps. Taps and head leaking constantly after use, weak water pressure. Suspect needs new washers.
