We have removed the existing tiles in our kitchen and its left a few holes in the wall. We want an experienced plasterer to fix and get it ready for tilers. The measurements of the wall are approx 3860mm x 650mm with a little bit more on top where we've removed the rangehood.

We have a problem in our garage where half of the ceiling has fallen down (gyprock) - we think this is due to humidity and potentially not having been fitted well in the first place. We need a replacement gyprock ceiling for the full garage. We are concerned the other half will come down so we want to replace it all. Please quote for full cost including the gyprock and installation. We will also need someone to remove the old gyprock too. The original leak in the roof (broken roof tile) has been fixed. We have a 3 switch power point outside. The switch plate is broken and we cant turn off the outside spot light. We just need it replaced. No other electrical work. Would need to supply the switch plate.

Scope of Works: 1. 2500x80mm strip of 13mm plasterboard to be added above the wardrobe. Underside to have edge trim. 2. Add circa 950 x 500mm 6.5mm plasterboard above the door. this will need to be faded down from the 13mm board above. I know its not ideal but it needs to be flush (Ish) with the door jamb and i need space so the cupboard door can open. Happy for you the remove the plasterboard from the cornice should this be a better outcome. 3. Patch ceiling in two places (corner of cornice and AC vent) - shown in photos. 4. Patch trim on Left side - approx. 100mm. located at a house with ample parking.
