Some spalling of render appears across threshold at front door & adjacent floor to ceiling windows. Render needs repairing to allow repainting. Optional quote for painting if OK and quickset render allows as part of the engagement.

There’s a track that would get attached to the house, awning would slide thru track, metal brackets x 3 attach to awning and then to house. Easy access to house. No stairs. Have big ladder. Remove cornices and gyprock arch in open plan kitchen /living room area and tv room and square set ceiling (gyprock goes up all the way up to ceiling joists). Finish gyprock on 2x 70cm wide framed walls & gyrock & plaster ceiling where wall was removed.
