I need 2 power points put in the wall and 2 85inch tvs hung on the wall. I have brackets. I also need an electric fireplace hung on the wall And 2 Sonos speakers wall mounted.

We have a leak in our Colorbond steel flat roof. Water is getting through into the Gyprock ceiling in an upstairs room. We need someone experienced with metal roofing to come out, inspect the roof, locate where the water is getting in, and patch or seal it so it stops. What we need: Inspect the flat Colorbond steel roof and find the source of the leak. Check the usual suspects (flashings, screws and seals, joins, penetrations, and any rust or lifted sheeting). Carry out a patch repair on the day if possible. Let us know what was found and whether any larger follow up work is needed. We had it repaired a few years ago, now a new spot is leaking

Build a small platform/base for a sauna behind the garage. * Area is over an existing drain, so it needs to be framed properly with drainage access maintained. * Basic solid timber platform construction. 2. Assemble and install a pool filter cover/enclosure. * Using a pre-purchased enclosure from Bunnings. * Just needs assembly, positioning and tidying up the area around it. We’re looking for a skilled plasterer to install new gyprock and some internal wall panelling in our home office. The original plasterboard was removed by an evaluator, and we now need it refitted. Details: • Approximately four full sheets of 13mm plasterboard required, plus a few smaller corner cuts • Wall height: around 2340mm (including ceiling allowance) • All materials are provided – adhesive glue, wall screws, and plasterboard sheets (3–4 sheets available) but okay if you have your own. We just need someone experienced to complete the installation neatly and efficiently.

We need the current awning removed and a new one installed into a rendered wall. We have bought the new awning exactly the same as the picture.
