Looking for a skilled handyman or tradesperson to: Remove an existing stair handrail (just over 4 metres in length). Repair the gyprock wall where 3 of the 5 fixings have pulled out. Reattach the handrail securely at all 5 fixing points. The job is at a home in Kirrawee, NSW 2232. The handrail is currently unsafe, so ideally looking for someone who can do this as soon as possible (flexible with days/times). Please bring your own tools and strong fixings/materials suitable for gyprock to ensure the handrail is safely and securely reinstalled. Budget I’ve set the budget at $250 as a guide, which I understand is reasonable for this type of work. These are Rondo office partitions. We need to remove the wall between two offices (see attached) wall dimensions are 3250x3000 and then repair/plaster and sand. No painting required. Ideally job needs to be completed on the weekend or after hours. All materials are needed to be supplied.

I need the small one in front of the bathtub to be done again matching the brick wall to support the bathtub. I need to render the back wall on the brick section. Open to other ideas
