(All pests have been eradicated) needs to match existing jarrah boards Timber floor is 80mm x 20mm boards. 10 x boards nominally 1300mm long need to be replaced . Need to include removing skirt boards etc and re fixing on completion. Need to sand and refinish repair. Exclude painting

1st floor & stairs only. Nothing on the Ground floor.. Remove old carpet-underlay & dispose of old carpets. Supply and instal new underlay & carpets in medium to light colour in entry level

1. Remove the existing floor tiles and timber flooring as per floor plan on 7/10/26. 2. Screed the floor to level floor on the 7/10/26. 3. Install timber flooring to integrate with existing timber flooring as per floor plan. This step will occur after the kitchen has been installed. Date TBC. The kitchen area is 300cm x 296cm. The timber flooring will be provided. The taping on the timber flooring indicates the larger kitchen size. The substrate of the tiles is a timber floor slab. All serious offers will be considered.

Have a small area that has modwood decking that needs replacing as getting old and tired . Joists I believe are still ok. Budget is for labour only I will purchase the required modwood as going a different colour. I would like someone with decking experience to complete the job that pays attention to detail for possibly ongoing work.

My elderly mother is in a unit. I wasn't thinking when I put a light colour carpet at the entrance. 😵‍💫. I'm not sure who /where to contact regarding putting a section of tile or laminate? Can anyone steer me in the right direction please? Constant steam cleaning is not an option anymore. 🐸
